When you contact us — through the contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone — we collect the information you choose to share: name, contact details, and what you tell us about your dog. We do not buy, sell, or rent personal information.
To respond to your inquiry, to design a training program for your dog, and to send you the information you ask us to send. That is all.
Contact records are stored in a private, access-restricted system. We retain inquiry data for as long as the relationship is active, and for up to 24 months afterward for follow-up purposes.
We use a small number of technical cookies to remember your accessibility preferences and language. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies that profile you.
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981), you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@sitstay.bond.
We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law, or with service providers (email, hosting) operating under strict confidentiality.
Our services are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
